Marine Corps veteran with over 10 years of experience supporting U.S. government operations across controlled-access and complex project environments, including Department of Defense and Department of State projects.
Background includes service as a Marine Embassy Guard, with assignments across Europe, Africa, and Asia, as well as supporting multiple U.S. embassy construction projects across Latin America, including Central America and Mexico. Experience includes site operations, coordination with government stakeholders, and execution within mission-critical environments where logistics, compliance, and day-to-day operations must align to ensure project success.
Provides leadership and oversight across KIS operations, ensuring reliable, efficient, and compliant project delivery.

Recruiting and HR professional with over 8 years of experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, and personnel management, including experience as a senior recruiter supporting large international organizations and multi-country workforce operations.
Background includes recruiting and staffing across multiple countries and a variety of sectors, with experience managing hiring processes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Supports KIS operations through sourcing, onboarding, and managing personnel to meet project requirements, including subcontractor coordination and rapid staffing needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience supporting diverse teams across domestic and international environments.
